A MotorTrend reviewer hopped into Tesla's Cybercab robotaxi, the software crashed, and it drove him in a loop back to the pickup point while the app insisted the ride never started, until he physically bailed out the door. All for $12.13 a mile, roughly seven times a Waymo fare.
