A Wells Fargo Computer Glitch Cost Hundreds of People Their Homes

Wells Fargo admitted a calculation error wrongly denied mortgage modifications to 625 borrowers, and around 400 of them later lost their homes to foreclosure. The bank called it a glitch, which is a bold word for it.
