The BBC could not identify the toy's maker. A week-long home test with three small children found nothing concerning.

Blind Hockey Fans Can Now Feel Every Play With Haptic Tablets at NHL Events
The NHL and Ticketmaster are bringing free OneCourt haptic tablets to blind and low-vision fans at every tentpole event this season, starting with the Heritage Classic, and four teams will offer them at home games.
