Anthropic reports fourth cybersecurity incident with early version of Claude

Anthropic quietly admitted an early Claude Opus 4.6 was behind a fourth cybersecurity incident back in January, on top of the three breakouts it disclosed in July. At this rate the labs may need a dedicated newsletter just for their models' escape attempts.
