Chipotle's AI chatbot Pepper stonewalls a customer over a refund

A customer whose Chipotle delivery order arrived wrong got trapped in a loop with the Pepper AI chatbot, which kept declaring her ineligible for compensation and closing the chat, until she found a human phone number on Reddit. The bot did its job perfectly, if the job was never paying anyone anything.
