FAA probes Amazon after delivery drone snaps internet cable in Texas

An Amazon MK30 delivery drone in Waco snagged a utility line on takeoff and sheared an internet cable clean off, performing what Amazon calls a "Safe Contingent Landing." A dignified name for the FAA's latest excuse to investigate the drone program, just weeks after two Prime Air drones introduced themselves to a construction crane in Arizona.
