McDonald's Pulled the Plug on Its IBM Drive-Thru AI

After three years and more than 100 drive-thrus, McDonald's ended its IBM automated ordering test. Viral videos showed the AI adding 260 Chicken McNuggets to one order while the customers begged it to stop.
