Mother Left 'Shaking' After Facewatch Wrongly Flagged Her as a Shoplifter

A 50-year-old mum shopping at a Southampton garden centre was confronted by a manager after Facewatch facial recognition misidentified her as a thief. The private store system, not a government one, made the call.
