Pranksters discovered Taco Bell's drive-thru voice AI would accept an order for 18,000 cups of water without blinking, part of a wave of viral trolling that pushed the chain to rethink AI at more than 500 locations. The model understood the request perfectly; nobody had taught it what a restaurant is.
