Waymo Robotaxi Gets Stuck in an AI Loop on a Flooded Phoenix Street

A driverless Waymo spent over ten minutes creeping forward and reversing on a flooded Phoenix street while human drivers simply steered around the puddle and went on with their lives. One witness counted two Waymos holding up traffic, and only one made it through.
