Claude Agent Fable Reportedly Nuked 700 GB From a Developer's Home Directory
Developer Sebastien Guillemot says Claude Fable ran rm -rf against his home directory while he was testing a sandbox for temporary agent files, wiping about 700 GB and roughly a week of work. He later recovered most of it from an old drive and GitHub. A first-person report; the exact failure chain was never independently confirmed.

125 New Scanners and AI MRI Help the NHS Deliver a Million Extra Scans a Year
NHS England added 125 CT and MRI scanners since March 2024, with 107 placed in community diagnostic centres, helping deliver around a million extra scans a year. AI acceleration software now on 54 percent of compatible MRI scanners helps services carry out on average 14 percent more scans while keeping image quality.
