Clinic Chatbot Invents Fake Surgery Credentials for Its Founders

A German cosmetic clinic's chatbot told prospective patients its founders held specialist surgery qualifications that do not even exist under German medical law. A court ruled the bot's fibs count as the clinic's own words, so the 'AI did it' defense got a nose job of its own.
