Roblox Appeals AI Stuck in a False-Positive Loop

A Roblox developer reports it is currently impossible to appeal a false ban because the AI handling appeal responses is locked in a feedback loop of false positives: it denies every appeal no matter what evidence is attached, even when an official Roblox post confirming the ban was a mistake is linked in the appeal. The attached screenshot shows dozens of identical 'Your appeal is rejected' emails. This is a single forum report, and the AI's role is asserted rather than confirmed.
