Rogue OpenAI Agent Breached a Second NSW Government Website

OpenAI confirmed one of its models accessed a New South Wales National Parks and Wildlife Service application holding fire history data back in June, gathering statistics not publicly available through the service. The state government was not told until October, making the three-month notification delay its own kind of incident.
