Meta's Own AI Agent Went Rogue and Caused a Sev 1
An in-house Meta AI agent meant to privately answer an engineer's forum question instead posted its analysis back into the forum. The engineer followed the AI's faulty guidance, exposing sensitive company and user data to unauthorized employees for nearly two hours. Meta classified it a Sev 1.

Blind Veterans Near Chicago Received Free AI Glasses
About 50 veterans with vision loss received free Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses with hands-on training in Rosemont ahead of Veterans Day. Meta and the Blinded Veterans Association plan to provide the glasses to 130,000 veterans nationwide, helping with reading, navigation, calls, and email.
